Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Superbill App Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our billing software available via Android and Desktop applications ("Services").

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Account Registration and Security

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

2. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription, which may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
We may update pricing with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Superbill App Private Limited are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, unused time, accidental purchases, or subscription renewals.
It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you no longer wish to use the service.
Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors, at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm others or the system.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding are the intellectual property of Superbill APP Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software for your business needs.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use industry-standard practices to secure your data but cannot guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any data you input into the system.

7. Service Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause downtime. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Inactive accounts may be deleted. Upon termination, your right to use the software ends immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months before the issue occurred.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking for updates periodically.
